Job Description

As a Technical Lead for a graphic design team focusing on brand and marketing initiatives, your role will involve leading the development and execution of complex digital projects. You will serve as the bridge between creative vision and technical feasibility, ensuring a balance between the two aspects. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading projects for brand campaigns, content marketing, and product storytelling. - Collaborating with design teams to ensure that creative concepts are technically feasible, maintainable, and scalable. - Mentoring and guiding designers on both creative and technical aspects of the project, providing ongoing training and support for skill development. - Overseeing the end-to-end execution of creative projects, managing quality, timelines, and collaboration with strategy, media, and production teams. - Presenting creative work with clarity and confidence, serving as a liaison between creative, marketing, and business teams to ensure alignment and shared vision. - Staying current with emerging media, content formats, and generative technologies to bring fresh thinking and new tools into the creative process. - Ensuring the technical quality of all deliverables meets the highest standards of performance and user experience. - Inspiring and guiding a multidisciplinary creative team through brainstorming, execution, and delivery, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Qualifications: - Experience: 10+ years in a technical & creative role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. - Skills: Strong technical expertise on Design tools [Adobe Creative Tools, Figma etc.], strong articulation of creative thinking, experience leading multidisciplinary teams, familiarity with creative workflows in digital and traditional media, ability to communicate the value of design thinking and creative process. - Education: Bachelors degree in advertising, communications, media, or a related creative field. Additional Details: The company values experience in brand development, content marketing, or integrated campaigns, knowledge of performance marketing and data-informed creative optimization, understanding of video scripting, storyboarding, or short-form content development, familiarity with social media platforms, audience behaviors, and content trends, and experience using generative AI for creative automation or storytelling experimentation.,
