Location: HSR Layout Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 0-2 years in sales (EdTech experience preferred) Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Development Head Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our fast-growing EdTech team. You will play a key role in converting leads into customers, guiding students or parents through our offerings, and helping them make informed enrollment decisions. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for education and technology. Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers (students, parents, professionals) via calls, emails, or chats to understand their needs. Explain product features, course structures, and pricing to prospective learners. Drive conversions through consultative selling and lead nurturing. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, webinars, referrals, and other channels. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, and feedback in the CRM system. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Stay updated on company products, competitor offerings, and industry trends. Provide feedback on customer behavior, objections, and product improvements.
