About the Role We are seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to support and optimize financial reporting and planning models. This will be a multifaceted role encompassing configuration and optimization activities. Responsibilities: • Experience in delivering financial planning and/or workforce planning applications in Workday Adaptive. This includes building actuals statements (Income and balances) • Develop and optimize planning models for key financial area • Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to refine budgeting and forecasting processes. • Proven project experience delivering financial planning solutions covering most phases of the project lifecycle including scoping, requirements gathering, design, development, testing and deployment while using project management methodologies. • Proven support experience in supporting financial planning and/or workforce planning applications in Workday Adaptive with troubleshooting and hands on configuration. • Work effectively to support client satisfaction and success, while growing USTs footprint and reputation • Work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and others across the team to define requirements, analyze the issues and develop a robust solution. What you need: • Workday Adaptive Planning Certification required. UST is a workday partner and can maintain your certification • Workday Financials certification (preferred) • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience working on Workday Adaptive Planning with a focus on financial model development • Experience managing senior customer stakeholder (e.g. CFO and controllers) • Ability to manage multiple tasks while not losing focus on quality. • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality. • Associate or bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance or equivalent with 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience, required
