Job Description

Role Overview: As an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant at UST, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing financial reporting and planning models. Your role will involve configuration and optimization activities to enhance financial planning solutions for clients. You will collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to refine budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring client satisfaction and success while growing UST's reputation. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver financial planning and workforce planning applications in Workday Adaptive, including building actuals statements such as Income and balances - Develop and optimize planning models for key financial areas - Collaborate with stakeholders to refine budgeting and forecasting processes - Support financial planning applications in Workday Adaptive, troubleshooting, and hands-on configuration - Manage tasks efficiently with a focus on quality, project lifecycle phases, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment - Maintain Workday Adaptive Planning Certification, with Workday Financials certification preferred - Utilize strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills to engage with senior customer stakeholders - Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent with 2-4 years of relevant work experience Qualifications Required: - Workday Adaptive Planning Certification - Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning focusing on financial model development - Experience managing senior customer stakeholders like CFOs and controllers - Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills with attention to detail - Associate or bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent Company Details: At UST, a certified global Workday partner, the team collaborates to help organizations grow and succeed through transformation.
