Job Opportunity Head Liaison (Real Estate) | Pune

Location: Boat Club Road Pune (PMC, PCMC, PMRDA Jurisdiction)

(We also have Liaisoning Manager position at Baner (Salary upto 10lacs- Exp 7-15yrs)

Job Purpose

The Head Liaison will be responsible for leading and overseeing all liaisoning activities across PMC, PCMC, PMRDA, and other statutory authorities, ensuring timely approvals & NOCs for multiple real estate projects. The role demands a strategic leader with strong government relationships, compliance expertise, and the ability to fast-track approvals in alignment with project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Liaisoning & Approvals

• Manage and resolve matters with PMC, PCMC, PMRDA & other authorities.

• Ensure timely acquisition of sanctions, NOCs, and approvals (Civil, Fire, Electrical, etc.).

• Anticipate potential roadblocks and drive fast-track approval processes.

Strategic Initiatives & Process Improvements

• Standardize and automate liaison & compliance processes across projects.

• Maintain real-time approval dashboards and project-wise status trackers.

• Establish budgeting & reporting mechanisms for transparency.

• Ensure approval pace matches project execution milestones.

Compliance Management RERA, EC, MPCB

• Oversee RERA registration & compliance (timely updates, renewals).

• Ensure EC and MPCB approvals and continuous compliance monitoring.

• Conduct audits and reviews of compliance teams.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead RERA, EC & MPCB teams.

• Build strong relationships with government bodies & regulatory authorities.

• Represent the organization in official meetings, handle escalations effectively.

Litigation Support

• Coordinate with the Legal team on matters related to regulatory litigation.

Strategic Planning & Monitoring

• Track regulatory changes and mitigate risks for current/future projects.

• Align internal strategies with evolving compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

• Graduate in Engineering / Planning / Architecture OR Postgraduate in Management (preferred).

• 15+ years of liaisoning & compliance experience in Real Estate / Construction.

• Proven expertise in handling multiple projects & cross-functional teams.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication, negotiation & persuasive skills.

• Strong relationship-building with government & statutory bodies.

• Strategic mindset with process-driven execution ability.

• High integrity, tenacity, and result orientation.
