Role Overview: The Manager Sourcing (CP) will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing corporate partnerships and channel partners to generate quality leads and drive real estate sales. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building capabilities, corporate outreach experience, and deep market understanding to maximize sourcing efficiency and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities 1. Corporate Partnerships & Institutional Outreach Identify, initiate, and develop relationships with corporates, institutions, and large organizations for group bookings, employee benefit schemes, and long-term real estate partnerships. Create and execute outreach plans to expand corporate client base. 2. Channel Partner Management Identify and onboard potential channel partners (brokers, IPCs, consultants, etc.). Train, engage, and drive partner performance through regular meetings, incentives, and promotional support. Monitor and track performance of channel partners, ensuring lead quality and closure potential. 3. Business Development & Lead Sourcing Drive lead generation through sourcing channels such as corporates, CPs, business events, networking, and referral programs. Qualify leads and pass them on to the sales team for timely follow-up and conversion. 4. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams Work closely with sales teams to align CP and sourcing strategies with project-specific goals. Coordinate with marketing for CP meetups, branding collaterals, and BTL activations to engage corporate and partner ecosystems. 5. Strategic Planning & Execution Develop and implement sourcing plans for high-priority projects. Monitor sourcing KPIs and optimize strategies to increase effectiveness and ROI. 6. Market Intelligence & Competitive Benchmarking Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and sourcing practices. Share insights with the management team to support strategic planning. 7. Documentation & Reporting Maintain updated records of CP performance, corporate deals, lead status, and sourcing funnel. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on sourcing KPIs, closures, and pipeline health. 8. Representation & Networking Represent the company at industry events, corporate expos, channel partner meets, and B2B gatherings to promote projects and build alliances. Key Competencies & Skills Technical Knowledge Deep understanding of B2B and channel partner sourcing models in the real estate sector. Familiarity with lead management systems (CRM), ERP, and Excel-based reporting. Ability to assess sourcing ROI and optimize lead quality. Behavioural & Leadership Skills Strategic Thinking: Ability to plan long-term sourcing strategies aligned with sales goals. Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders. Negotiation & Influence: Capability to onboard and motivate CPs and corporate clients. Collaboration: Ability to coordinate across sales, marketing, legal, and finance. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in real estate sourcing / CP / business development , with at least 2 years in a managerial or team-lead role . Architectural Compliance: Stay updated on the latest UDCPR (Urban Development and Construction Planning Regulations), rules, regulations, notifications, and circulars affecting the real estate business. Ensure project compliance with relevant architectural and construction codes and standards. Regulatory Approvals: Verify and ensure the submission drawings meet local authorities' requirements for approval. Coordinate and obtain necessary environmental clearances and No Objection Certificates (NOCs). Green Building Ratings: Implement sustainable design principles and strategies to achieve green building ratings. Collaborate with the sustainability team to enhance environmental performance. Feasibility Reports: Prepare comprehensive feasibility reports for potential projects, including site analysis, design options, cost estimates, and project timelines. Project Concept and Design Brief: Develop and articulate project concepts, highlights, and design briefs that align with the company's goals and market demands. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create compelling presentations. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate architectural design into the overall project plan. Provide guidance to ensure design feasibility and functionality. Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce architectural quality standards for all projects. Conduct regular design reviews to ensure compliance and alignment with company standards. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the architectural team, fostering creativity, innovation, and professional development. Collaborate with HR for recruitment and talent acquisition. Competencies: Knowledge: Real estate workflow, SOPs, Architectural design principles, Building codes and Regulations Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Experience: Minimum of 18 years of experience in architectural design, preferably within the real estate or construction industry. Technical Skills: MS-Office, design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.), ERP Behavioural Skills: Leadership, Communication, Creative thinking, Innovative thinking, Time management, Problem solving, Analytical, Detail orientation Summary: The General Manager Architect Design & Development role is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring architectural compliance with the latest regulations, codes, and standards in the real estate industry.
