Job Description

Talent Acquisition Lead - HR

Role Overview

  1. End-to-End Recruitment & Sourcing

    • Independently manage full-cycle recruitment across functions and departments.
    • Partner with stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
    • Source profiles through job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), referrals, and headhunting.
    • Screen candidates and assess their suitability for technical and cultural fit.
  2. Interview Coordination & Offer Management

    • Schedule interviews and ensure smooth coordination between candidates and panels.
    • Take ownership of candidate communication, feedback, negotiation, and final offer rollout.
    • Maintain strong follow-up to ensure post-offer engagement and timely joining.
  3. Recruitment Reporting & MIS

    • Create and manage recruitment dashboards and weekly/monthly MIS reports.
    • Track hiring metrics, pipeline status, TATs, and open/closed positions.
    • Present insights and hiring updates to management regularly.
  4. Onboarding & Documentation

    • Coordinate with HR operations team for seamless onboarding and documentation.
    • Ensure new joinee's are properly inducted and their queries addressed.
  5. Process Improvement & Employer Branding

    • Identify gaps in recruitment strategy and suggest continuous improvements.
    • Drive a great candidate experience and promote the organization as an employer of choice.
  6. Team Collaboration & Leadership

    • Lead recruitment initiatives and collaborate closely with the HR and business teams.
    • Mentor and support the entire HR Team.

Key Competency Skills

  • Strong sourcing skills with expertise in Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed & Boolean search.
  • Advanced Excel and MIS reporting skills.
  • Hands-on experience in using ATS/HRMS platforms (Preferred if KEKA)
  • Understanding of offer negotiation, CTC structuring & joining formalities.
  • Knowledge of recruitment compliance and documentation.

Behavioural Skills

  • Education:

    Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • Experience:

    Minimum 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in recruitment with demonstrated ability to independently drive hiring.
