Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Contracts Management:

Lead the development, negotiation, and administration of contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Ensure that all contractual terms and conditions are met, and identify risks or discrepancies in contract terms.
Review contract changes and assess impact on budgets, timelines, and resources.
Maintain a comprehensive contract database and ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Cost Estimation:

Develop accurate and detailed cost estimations for projects, including direct and indirect costs, material costs, labor, overheads, and contingencies.
Work closely with the project management and procurement teams to gather necessary data for estimations.
Ensure that estimations are aligned with project specifications, client requirements, and internal budgeting protocols.
Identify cost-saving opportunities during the estimation process.

Billing & Invoicing:

Manage the billing process from invoice generation to final payment, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
Track project financials and ensure invoices align with contractual terms, project milestones, and client agreements.
Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to resolve billing discrepancies and issues.
Review and approve change orders, ensuring they are billed in accordance with contract terms.

Project Planning & Scheduling:

Collaborate with project managers and teams to develop detailed project plans and schedules.
Ensure alignment between project timelines, budget allocations, and resource availability.
Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Proactively identify risks or delays and implement corrective actions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Coordinate and communicate effectively with various departments (finance, procurement, legal, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project financials, timelines, and contract status.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure all activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Prepare and present regular reports on contract performance, cost estimations, and project financials.
