Project Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using
software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project to ensure timely project execution.
• Resource Planning: Allocate resources effectively, ensuring the efficient use of labor,
materials, and equipment.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project progress against schedules and provide timely
updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential delays and bottlenecks and propose mitigation
strategies to minimize impact on project timelines.
• Coordination: Work closely with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and
other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project schedules,
milestones, and delays, and prepare detailed reports for senior management and clients.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure all planned
activities comply with project specifications and standards.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that planning activities adhere to local construction
laws, building codes, and safety standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, consultants, and project
teams to address scheduling concerns.
