Manage suppliers/contractors to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality. Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances. Preparing BOQ for Civil & Electrical related work for project execution. Responsible for preparing RA bill and submitting the same. Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures. Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
