Role & Responsibilities: The Electrical Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment within the facility. The role includes monitoring and inspecting building facilities, maintaining operational logs, and ensuring the safe and efficient functioning of all building systems. Major Responsibilities: Inspect and monitor the functions of building facilities including lifts, DG set, air conditioning, fire services, water supply, electricity supply, and overall building work. Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the entire property, focusing on high-rise buildings and their electrical systems. Report and follow up on any customer requests and complaints, coordinating with the management office to ensure timely resolution. Address and follow up on any pending issues carried forward from the previous shift. Maintain and update handover/takeover log books for each shift to ensure continuity of operations. Check and maintain log books and checklists of all building facilities to ensure compliance with operational standards. Prepare and send daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports to the Operations Manager detailing all relevant maintenance activities and operational status. Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. Work Experience: Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in facility management or high-rise building maintenance.
