Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• project schedules and integrated master plans

• Lead schedule management for multiple projects, including baseline development, progress measurement, and critical path analysis.

• Coordinate with project stakeholders to gather input for schedule creation and updates.

• Analyze schedule impacts of design changes, procurement delays, or site conditions, and recommend recovery strategies.

• earned value management (EVM)

• Maintain planning databases and ensure schedule integrity and logic are in line with the overall project execution strategy.

• Conduct regular schedule risk assessments and support in delay and forensic analysis when needed.

• Assist in the preparation of tender and bid schedules, resource loading, and cash flow projections.

• Participate in internal and external progress review meetings, providing insightful schedule analysis.

• Interface with cost control, procurement, and construction to align planning data with project KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering MEP

• 10 - 20 years

• Primavera P6

• EVM

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

• PMP, PSP (AACE), or PRINCE2 certifications are advantageous.
