We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with a background in Mechanical Engineering and over 5 years of experience in steel structure projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, coordinate with various stakeholders, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure successful project delivery in compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage steel structure projects from planning to completion. Collaborate with project managers, design engineers, site teams, and contractors. Review and interpret technical drawings (fabrication and erection drawings). Monitor project progress, identifying risks and bottlenecks early. Track material procurement, delivery schedules, and ensure timely execution. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules. Coordinate between design, production, and site erection teams. Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Support client communication and update stakeholders on progress and issues. Assist in project budgeting, cost tracking, and resource allocation. Requirements: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in steel structures/fabrication/erection projects. Strong understanding of structural steel detailing, fabrication processes, and project lifecycle. Proficient in tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Knowledge of quality and safety standards (ISO, OSHA, etc.) is a plus. Utilize software such as Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, and SketchUp for design development and drafting. Collaborate with engineers and project teams using Navisworks and BIM360 for project coordination and management. Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations. Requirements: B. Arch degree with 2-4 years of experience in commercial & Infra buildings. Proficient in software such as Auto CAD, Sketch 3DS Max, Adobe Photoshop and Photoshop and Microsoft office Expertise in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Escape , V-Ray, , Navisworks, and BIM360.
