Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant with a B.Com degree and over 6 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and supporting strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, and general ledger.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
Process and review journal entries, invoices, and expense reports.
Support internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filing.
Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com).
Minimum of 6 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems).
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
