Job Description

Financial reporting and analysis

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Ensure timely and accurate revenue and expense recognition.
Generate financial reports and analyze financial information to summarize the organization's financial status.
Monitor cash flow and conduct forecasting.

General ledger and reconciliations

Manage the general ledger and oversee the posting of journal entries.
Perform balance sheet and account reconciliations.
Verify, allocate, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

Compliance and audits

Ensure compliance with accounting principles, such as GAAP, and federal and state laws and regulations.
Assist with and coordinate with auditors for both internal and external audits.
Manage tax filings, including income, payroll, and other statutory requirements.

Budgeting and planning

Assist in developing and monitoring departmental, project, and organizational budgets.
Provide financial analysis to help management make informed decisions.

Staff and process management

Oversee and train junior accounting staff.
Plan, assign, and review the work of accounting staff.
Develop and document accounting policies and procedures to improve internal controls and efficiency.
Assist with or manage aspects of payroll and accounts payable processing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
