Project Coordinator (B tech Mechanical Engineer)

The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the coordination and administration of various projects within the organization. This role involves supporting project managers, tracking project progress, managing schedules, and ensuring effective communication among team members. The Project Coordinator ensures that all project activities are carried out efficiently, within budget, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Serve as a central point of contact for project team members, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in resource allocation and scheduling to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders.
• Prepare regular progress reports, budget updates, and other project-related documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in B.Tech in Mechanical
• Proven experience of at least 5-8 years in project coordination or management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
