Project cum commercial coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination of building projects
Monitor project progress and support timely execution of activities
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors
2. Project Planning & Scheduling
Prepare and update project schedules and execution plans
Track timelines, milestones, and work progress
Report delays and assist in corrective planning
3. Data Preparation & Reporting
Prepare project-related data, MIS reports, and progress summaries
Maintain project documentation, drawings, and approvals
Support management with accurate project status reports
4. Commercial & Billing
Assist in preparation and checking of client and contractor bills
Maintain billing records, BOQs, and payment follow-ups
Coordinate with accounts for billing and documentation
5. Material Purchase & Coordination
Prepare material requisitions based on project requirements
Coordinate with purchase team for material procurement
Track material delivery, consumption, and stock records
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
