Role Overview
We are hiring a Project Coordinator whose sole responsibility is to ensure every confirmed job moves smoothly from sales to production to delivery—without confusion, delay, or rework.
You are not a designer and not a salesperson.
You are the control point between departments.
If you dislike follow-ups, checklists, or accountability—this role is not for you.
Key Responsibilities
Receive confirmed job details from sales / store team
Verify job specifications before releasing to production
Coordinate daily with production department on job status
Track timelines, priorities, and delivery commitments
Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues early
Ensure designs, materials, and approvals are in place before production
Update internal teams on job progress
Maintain job tracking sheets / software
Ensure zero-miss on critical details (size, material, quantity, finish)
What We Expect (Non-Negotiable)
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Ability to handle multiple jobs simultaneously
Clear communication with production staff
Attention to detail and process discipline
Basic computer skills (Excel / Google Sheets / WhatsApp)
Calm under pressure and deadline-driven
Preferred (Advantage)
Experience in print, production, fabrication, or advertising
Understanding of job cards, BOMs, and production workflows
Ability to read basic design specs and measurements
Prior project coordination or operations role
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,873.84 - ₹25,713.65 per month
