Job Description

Job Summary:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and deliver civil construction projects involving Precast/PEB within timeline and budget.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and internal teams to ensure clear project objectives.
Review and interpret structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Supervise installation and erection activities at the site, including civil, structural, and finishing works.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Manage vendors, subcontractors, and third-party agencies.
Implement quality assurance and control procedures at every stage.
Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
Provide regular project progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Tech). Postgraduate qualification is a plus.

Proven experience in managing end-to-end construction and erection of precast/PEB structures.
Proficient in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and structural design basics.
Familiarity with ISO, BIS standards, and QA/QC practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
