Construction Manager

• Lead and supervise on-site construction activities for FB projects, coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Ensure all construction work complies with project specifications, design documents, health safety regulations, and local building codes.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, design consultants, and client teams to resolve on-site issues promptly.

• Monitor construction progress against schedules and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks.

• Manage quality control inspections and ensure adherence to food safety standards in kitchen and FB areas.

• Review and approve construction methods, materials, and equipment to meet project requirements.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports and maintain thorough project documentation.

• Enforce safety protocols on-site to minimize accidents and incidents.

• Coordinate with procurement teams for timely availability of construction materials and equipment.

• Lead site meetings, communicate effectively with all stakeholders, and foster a collaborative working environment.
