The Construction Manager will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure project timelines and budgets are met, and coordinate with various teams. The responsibilities include supervising construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing resources, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The role also involves monitoring progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process. Qualifications Proven Supervisory Skills to lead and coordinate teams effectively. Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Control to manage resources and ensure project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. In-depth knowledge of Construction Safety and regulations to ensure a secure working environment. Strong understanding of Construction processes and methodologies. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret engineering designs, blueprints, and technical documents. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Experience with project management tools and construction software is a plus.
