Construction Manager

Salary : INR 900000 - 1000000

Experience : 8 - 10 years

Location : Andhra Pradesh, India

Key Responsibilities :

• Direct, supervise, and control construction activities for civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and pipeline works.
• Develop and implement construction schedules, resource allocation plans, and progress tracking systems.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractor teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Monitor project performance against KPIs (safety, quality, cost, and schedule).
• Conduct regular site meetings, progress reviews, and reporting to project management and client representatives.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards and foster a strong safety culture at the site.
• Identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks, implementing mitigation measures promptly.
• Manage subcontractors, ensuring contractual obligations are met with high-quality deliverables.
• Support project closeout, final inspections, and handover documentation.
  

Mandatory Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 04–06 years of construction management experience, with at least 8–10 years in oil & gas / pipeline / petrochemical projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, standards, and best practices.
• Should strongly understand implementation of the HSE and Site requirements.
• Familiarity with Aramco project management procedures and documentation requirements.
