1. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations & promoting a culture of safety among production team.
2. Managing the team of Engineers, Fabricators, Fitter & welder and other production staff to meet production
target and quality standards.
3. Conducting regular inspection of fabrication activities.
4. Prepare BOQ as per Approved Drawings.
5. Material Management & Procurement as per Project requirement.
6. Conducting of Raw material inspection as per QAP.
7. Conducting the cutting plan of steel plates & minimize scrap.
8. Maintaining good housekeeping and safe working condition in assigned area. .
9. Follow the welding standard & Quality Control.
10. Conducting of Daily Progress Report, Weekly Progress Report, Monthly Progress Report.
11. Trial Assembly of Open web girder/Plate Girder/Composite Girder Dimensionally.
Engineering background like girder/open web/bowstring manufacturing at the plant level and site execution profile.
