Role Overview The Project Manager Execution will be responsible for end-to-end site execution , ensuring timely completion, quality control, cost management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong technical expertise and leadership to manage large-scale real estate projects. Role & responsibilities 1. Site Execution & Monitoring Lead day-to-day site execution activities for civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety norms. Track project progress against schedules and highlight deviations. 2. Planning & Scheduling Prepare micro-level execution plans, work schedules, and resource deployment plans. Coordinate with planning teams for project timelines and sequencing. 3. Quality & Safety Management Enforce strict quality checks during all construction stages. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory compliance. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly. 4. Contractor/Vendor Coordination Manage contractors, vendors, and labor teams to ensure productivity. Verify measurements, certify bills, and monitor contractor performance. Support procurement teams with material requirement planning. 5. Cost & Resource Management Track material consumption, wastage control, and site inventory. Monitor project costs and implement corrective actions where needed. Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. 6. Stakeholder Coordination Interact with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants for design clarifications. Coordinate with internal departmentsPlanning, Purchase, QS, QA/QC, and Liaison. Provide daily/weekly progress updates to management. 7. Documentation & Reporting Maintain site records, checklists, DPRs, WPRs, and compliance documentation. Assist in preparing MIS reports and project dashboards. Qualifications DCE/BE/B.Tech Civil Engineering Skills & Competencies Strong technical expertise in real estate execution Leadership and team management Knowledge of PMC practices, safety standards, and regulatory norms Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Assist in developing detailed project schedules and ensure alignment with timelines. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure deadlines are consistently met. 2. Communication & Stakeholder Management Act as a liaison between internal teams, management, and external stakeholders. Facilitate smooth communication to ensure clarity on project status, changes, and requirements. Prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations for review meetings. 3. Administrative Support Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files, trackers, and documentation. Provide general administrative assistance to ensure smooth project operations. 4. Resource & Budget Management Ensure project teams have the necessary resources to execute tasks efficiently. Support budget monitoring and ensure compliance with statutory and organizational requirements. Assist in procurement-related coordination whenever needed. 5. Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution Identify potential project risks, delays, or issues proactively. Assist in developing solutions and implementing corrective actions to keep the project on track. Adapt quickly to changes and support the project manager in decision-making. Preferred candidate profile Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines efficiently. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for effective coordination and stakeholder engagement. Time Management: Efficiently plan and prioritize tasks to achieve project milestones on time. Leadership Skills: Ability to guide and motivate project teams without direct authority. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools/software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Jira, Asana) and strong documentation skills.
