Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Strategy

Create high-quality, original content for various marketing channels including website, social media, blogs, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.

Write compelling property descriptions, project highlights, and customer-centric messaging.

Collaborate with the design team to develop visual + text-based creatives (banners, flyers, infographics, etc.).

2. Digital Marketing Support

Develop content calendars aligned with the marketing plan and campaign objectives.

Write engaging content for social media posts, video scripts, Google Ads, and landing pages.

Work closely with SEO/SEM teams to develop keyword-rich, optimized content.

3. Real Estate Specific Content

Draft RERA-compliant promotional materials and assist in preparing legal and sales documentation (as needed).

Prepare content for project launches, site visit promotions, price reveals, and festive offers.

Assist in content creation for hoardings, emailers, WhatsApp campaigns, and offline collaterals.

4. Research & Market Trends

Conduct competitor analysis and research on content trends in the real estate sector.

Stay updated with market developments to craft relevant and timely content.

5. Internal & External Coordination

Liaise with sales and design teams to ensure content supports project goals and customer needs.

Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, or videographers for content production as needed.
