Role Overview

The Pre-Sales Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, nurturing prospects, and coordinating with the sales team to convert potential buyers. This role ensures smooth communication, professional customer experience, and effective follow-ups for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, website, and social media.
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and qualify leads.
  • Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and location advantages to prospects.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with customer interactions and status.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to increase conversion ratio.
  • Share project brochures, floor plans, payment plans, and other documents.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable projects/units.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, campaigns, and property exhibitions.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status and follow-ups.
