Job Description

- Solution Consulting: Collaborate closely with Sales, Account teams, and Partners to define, articulate, and deliver robust GRC solutions tailored to client needs.
- Opportunity Management: Manage end-to-end sales opportunitiesincluding qualification, bid responsibility matrix, proposal creation, presentations, and postbid clarifications.
- Sales Lifecycle Engagement: Actively participate in all stages of the sales cyclefrom discovery calls and pre-bid demonstrations to negotiations and closure.
- Needs Assessment: Engage with prospects to understand and document their current challenges and define solution scope.
- Mapping & Advising: Utilize industry knowledge to map MetricStream GRC solutions to customer business problems and demonstrate solution value. - Trusted Advisor: Establish credibility with customer decision-makers, advising on technology, architecture, and integrated offerings.
- KPIs & Reporting: Ensure accurate administration and reporting of sales KPIs, forecasts, and plans.
- Collaterals & Knowledge Sharing: Develop and contribute to sales and marketing collateral, case studies, presentations, and knowledge management assets.
- Performance Ratios: Drive high conversion ratios and maintain process efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Experience
- Experience: 2-4 years overall experience, with at least 1-3 years in Presales, Solutions Consulting, or related IT Products/Services roles.
- Client Engagement: Demonstrated client interface, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solution Orientation: Proficiency in understanding and positioning the right products/apps/solutions to address customer business challenges.
- Influence & Credibility: Highly credible, with the ability to effectively influence internal teams and external clients.
- Drive: Determined, results-oriented, and enthusiastic in driving opportunities to successful closure.
- Analytical & Interpersonal Skills: Strong business acumen, planning, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English.
- Quality & Attention to Detail: High sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Agility: Ability to deliver high-quality outputs within tight timeframes.
- Collaboration: Experience working in complex, matrixed environments requiring cross-functional coordination with senior stakeholders.
- Leadership: Experience in leading, mentoring, or managing others within a team environment is a plus.
