Talent Acquisition (70%) Forecast and publish JDs for various roles & open positions.. Source across platforms Naukri, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and organize walk-in drives. Manage the hiring lifecycle: screening, scheduling, negotiation, offer rollout. Maintain & optimize any ERP system for automation & metrics. Run biweekly walk-in drives and build campus pipelines (MBA/BBA). Track and present hiring metrics weekly: time-to-offer, offer-to-join %, attrition. HR Generalist (30%) Roll out structured onboarding: 3-day induction + 30-60-90 day ramp plans. Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, statutory compliance, if any. Handle employee letters, offers, confirmations, incentives, appreciation, etc. Lead engagement: birthdays, rewards, surveys, and exit interviews. Draft & update the HR policies and employee handbook regularly. Must-Have Qualifications • 1-6 years of hands-on TA experience in the real estate sector. • Proven ability to close 10+ frontline sales roles/month with 20% early attrition. • Skilled in HRMS /ERP tools & Excel dashboards. • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi; great at negotiation and coordination. • Graduate + MBA / PG Diploma in HR. Bonus Points If You Have •Experience in running campus drives & mass hiring events. • Familiarity with incentive & variable pay structures.
