Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in infrastructure sector covering planning, design, execution, and programme management. Should have held leadership roles (Programme/Project Director) in at least one similar assignment in the last 10 years. International experience is an added advantage. Lead and manage architectural design for residential and commercial developments from concept to execution. Collaborate with internal teams (planning, construction, MEP) and external consultants to ensure seamless project coordination. Drive innovation in design while adhering to timelines, budgets, and statutory norms. Review and approve architectural drawings, working details, and construction documentation. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues in real time. Mentor and guide junior architects and support staff. Ensure compliance with local development regulations, safety codes, and sustainability standards. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture from a reputed institution. 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in large-scale residential or mixed-use projects. Strong design portfolio demonstrating creative and technical expertise. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office. In-depth understanding of building systems, materials, codes, and construction methodologies. Excellent communication, team leadership, and decision-making skills.
