The Liasioning Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating interactions between our company and external stakeholders, including government bodies (Various DISCOMs and other Government agencies related to project), regulatory agencies, and other key partners. This role involves ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, facilitating effective communication, and fostering positive relationships to support our company s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with government officials, regulatory agencies, and other external stakeholders to support business operations and objectives.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all relevant regulations, laws, and policies. Prepare and submit required documentation and reports to regulatory bodies.
Communication: Act as a point of contact for external communications, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Coordination: Facilitate meetings, negotiations, and collaborations between the company and external parties. Organize and manage events or initiatives related to stakeholder engagement.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of communications, agreements, and interactions with external parties. Prepare and review reports and presentations as needed.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues or conflicts that may arise between the company and external stakeholders. Propose solutions to address challenges effectively.
Monitoring: Stay informed about changes in regulations, policies, and industry trends that may impact the company. Provide recommendations for adapting strategies as needed.
