Job Summary:

Liaisoning Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with government bodies (MHADA, CIDCO, NMMC, MCGM, SRO, Town Planning, Revenue Dept., etc.)
Follow up for project approvals: Plan Approval, CC, OC, NOCs (Fire, Airport, Lift, Water, etc.)
Prepare and submit documents, drawings, and applications.
Maintain compliance as per RERA and local authority norms.
Work with architects, engineers, and legal teams for project documentation.
Handle land-related documents (7/12, property card, NA approvals).
Attend visits and meetings with officials as required.
Support legal team in documentation, agreements, registration processes, and follow-ups at SRO office.
Attend meetings and site visits related to approval and compliance work.
32-g permission , N,A Order, GSDA, NOC, MSEB NOC
MSRDC & MMRDA

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Degree/diploma in Civil/Legal/Management preferred).
26 years of liaisoning experience in real estate industry.
Knowledge of approval processes, government regulations, and documentation.
Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
