Role & responsibilities - 1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the real estate industry. 2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation. methods. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, brokers, and other stakeholders. 4. Manage the sales pipeline and prioritize leads to maximize conversion rates and revenue. 5. Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback. 6. Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance against goals. 7. Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts. 8. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth. 9. Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics and achievements. 10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. 11. Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Sales Blue Print to be present with Management team. Preferred candidate profile Required Candidate from Real Estate Background only and added advantage who have experience from ground level.
