Role & responsibilities

CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle
customer inquiries
, maintain engagement, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain and update the
CRM database
with accurate customer details, interactions, and lead status.
Coordinate between
sales, legal, accounts, and project teams
for smooth documentation and possession processes.
Assist customers with
booking formalities, payment schedules, and documentation
.
Manage
customer communication channels
(emails, calls, messages) and provide regular project updates.
Monitor
customer feedback
and escalate unresolved issues to ensure prompt resolution.
Prepare and share
daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports
for management review.
Support in organizing
customer events, site visits, and handover programs
.
Ensure all customer commitments are met as per company standards and timelines.
Timely Collection from client
and data maintaining in Excell.

Preferred candidate profile

Previous experience with real estate builders or developers.
Familiarity with property documentation, RERA compliance, and customer lifecycle management.
