Role & responsibilities

Architectural Role:

• Prepare conceptual and detailed architectural designs, drawings, and layouts.
• Work on building plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using CAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams for integrated design development.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical supervision during construction phases.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety standards, and client requirements.
• The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the execution of residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Use software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D visualization tools for design and presentation.

• Conduct site visits to review construction progress and ensure design compliance.
  
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, environmental norms, and safety regulations.
  
• Collaborate with project management and sales teams to align design concepts with market and client needs.

Liaisoning Role:

• Coordinate with municipal and regulatory authorities for project approvals (e.g., building plans, zoning clearances, environmental clearances, fire NOC, etc.).
• Prepare and submit drawings, forms, and documentation for approvals.
• Follow up with government departments to expedite permissions and resolve compliance issues.
• Keep the team updated on policy changes, by-laws, and relevant regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation of all liaison and approval-related processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
  
• Registered Architect (COA registration preferred).
  
• 37 years of experience in the real estate/construction industry.
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office.
  
• Strong visualization and presentation skills.
  
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management abilities.
  
• Knowledge of local bye-laws, NBC, and environmental clearances.

• Creative design thinking and problem-solving ability.
  
• Detail-oriented with strong project execution focus.
  
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Time management and adherence to deadlines.
