We are seeking a talented and experienced Liaising Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with external stakeholders, government agencies, and industry partners. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring effective communication and collaboration between the organization and external entities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Act as a primary point of contact for external partners and government agencies
- Coordinate meetings, events, and communication between internal and external parties
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Monitor and analyse industry trends and developments
Skills:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
3. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
5. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
