Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage government liaisoning activities, including licensing, permits, and approvals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, contract labour management, and industrial relations requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation of labour welfare initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for business growth while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7-12 years of experience in government liaisoning or related field.
  • Strong understanding of government policies, regulations, and procedures governing construction projects.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with government officials, clients, and team members.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform strategic decisions on project planning and execution.
