To ensure compliance with statutory welfare provisions, promote employee well-being, and support the creation of a safe, inclusive, and engaged work environment in line with company policies and legal requirements. Statutory Compliance & Records: Ensure adherence to Factories Act, 1948 and other labour laws related to welfare. Maintain all statutory welfare registers and records. Coordinate with government officials during inspections and audits. Employee Welfare Initiatives : Implement welfare schemes related to health, hygiene, safety, housing, canteen, restrooms, and recreational facilities. Address employee grievances related to welfare facilities. Monitor upkeep of welfare amenities provided in the factory premises. Organize employee engagement and awareness programs (e.g., health check-ups, blood donation camps, women safety workshops). Worker Engagement & Communication: Conduct regular interaction with workers for feedback and suggestion. Organize health camps, awareness programs (e.g. mental health, sanitation, etc.). Support cultural and recreational programs for employees. Dispute Resolution & Counseling: Counsel employees on work-related and personal issues impacting their well-being. Act as a bridge between management and workers to resolve concerns amicably. Coordination & Reporting: Liaison with external agencies, local authorities, NGOs, and government departments. Submit monthly/quarterly reports on welfare activities to HR Head/Management. . Company Colony Accommodation Allotment: Administer housing/allotment process for employees in the company-maintained colony. Maintain up-to-date records of occupancy, allotment eligibility, and rent deduction. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of Factories Act, Labour Welfare Legislations & POSH Act Experience in managing industrial housing/colony administration Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Conflict management, employee counselling, and grievance redressal Liaising with statutory bodies and government officials Event planning & execution for welfare and engagement Hands-on with MS Office and welfare data reporting Empathy, integrity, and high emotional intelligence MSW is must

Manager-HR Knowledge of HR systems and databases. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
