Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification: MBA (HR) / MSW (Labour Welfare) / P.G. Diploma in Personnel Management or Labour Welfare. Background in Law is preferred. Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry. Age Limit: Between 35 to 40 years. Preferred Location: Candidates from West Bengal are desirable. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day factory administration. Manage employee relations and staff grievance redressal. Negotiate and settle Charter of Demand with unions and worker representatives. Conduct and manage disciplinary proceedings as per company policy. Liaison with government regulatory authorities related to labour and factory laws. Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal company policies. Support welfare activities and employee engagement initiatives. Key Skills Required Strong knowledge of labour laws and factory compliance. Experience in union negotiation and industrial relations. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage government liaisons and legal processes. Compensation & Benefits Approx. 7.48 Lakhs per annum. Other benefits as per company policy. Hiring Process At least two rounds of interviews.
