Responsibilities: ● Setting up processes and procedures for the program and operations from requirement gathering to delivery.● Involved in all phases of project initiation, planning, Execution, Monitoring and closing processes.● Well-balanced project/Program planning, execution, monitoring, and resource-balancing skills with the ability to support multiple simultaneous projects.● Understanding Business Requirements for Programs/Projects & and developing, implementing, reviewing, and communicating Strategies & and approaches.● On maturity of the program, Setup up a good framework in building strong teams, delivery & and process improvement initiatives.● Develop Reports, Metrics, presentations, and stakeholder reviews on the health of projects/programs.● Ensure communication to all stakeholders across all levels including detailed operational level communications program and executive management project status, issues, blockers, and risk reporting.● Provide Estimations/efforts and prepare & and review SOW (Statement of Work) for the projects.● Work with leads and account owners to identify and manage project dependencies.● Coordinate with a larger Program team to ensure project compatibility and schedule of deliverables.● Ensure project success and on-time completion.● Create a collaborative partnership among executive leaders and stakeholders and enable resource demand planning, change management, and project pipeline planning decisions.● At times I participate as a systems/process analyst to add value for project leaders to achieve project goals.● Program and Organization level compliance certifications and regulatory requirements are to be coordinated across large teams until completion.● Support internal/external audits related to operations.● Establish and manage the program management center of excellence● Develop program management frameworks, templates and best practices● Provide coaching, mentoring and training to program teams● Lead program governance, audit compliance and continuous improvement● Track portfolio performance, identify risks and opportunities across programs Requirements: Communication : ● Can articulate and comprehend communications within and outside the team● Is participative and able to present information both verbally and in writing in a way that others can easily understand● Is able to communicate commitments, set expectations and meet those● Ensures that they have the appropriate context and background prior to presenting information Collaboration & Teamwork ● Solicits ideas and inputs from other team members● Actively pursues opportunities to develop skills● Regularly encourages and recognizes others Problem Solving/Critical thinking ● Consistently can be counted on to identify problems when they occur● Independently able to research alternatives or define what data is relevant and can collect appropriate information to bring to the conversation● Is able to independently evaluate options and choose the best solution when making a recommendation Customer Focused ● Seeks out customer requirements and works to meet customer expectations● Viewed as effective by the customer● Realizes that customer supplier relationships go both ways Program Planning ● Develops comprehensive program plans that address schedule, resources, dependencies.● Plans are detailed but may require minor revisions. Delivery Management ● Closely manages schedules, dependencies across workstreams.● Proactively mitigates risks to delivery integration and pace. Resource Management ● Systematically plans, allocates and manages all resources (people, money, materials).● Tracks budgets/schedules to completion. Issue/Risk Management ● Systematically identifies, analyzes and plans mitigations for potential issues and risks.● Escalates urgent issues for timely resolution. Reporting/Dashboard ● Regularly reports objective metrics that measure against plan.● Variances explained with root cause. Qualifications: • Years of exp: Minimum 6 of experience in successful end to end initiation to delivery of software projects/programs as an Indivdual contributor with expertise into Scrum and Agile methodology. Note: For this role, we are considering candidates with 6 to 13 years of relevant experience; candidates with more experience are not preferred.• Prefer candidates who started the career as a Developer/Automation tester/Technical role and then had a transition to Program/Project Management. • Able to manage ERP to deliver the executive reports.• Assess problems/risks and develop mitigation plans to avoid impact on the program. • Effective in solving complex problems and working with cross-functional teams. • Ability to document key processes and procedures.• Strong communications skills will drive change management and provide regular leadership updates on the program status.• Demonstrate the ability to drive and prioritize multiple tracks in a program. • Willingness to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.• Experience and a good understanding of cybersecurity is an added advantage. Location : Chennai (Work from office, Hybrid model-2 days a week) Salary Range : Between 20- 30LPA maximum (Depending on the performance) Notice period: We prefer candidates who can join immediately or within 15–30 days. Candidates with a notice period of up to 60 days may also be considered if they can negotiate an early release or buyout option Why should we talk?
