Role Overview: You will collaborate with the product and business team to understand the requirements and build a product execution and delivery road-map. Additionally, you will set up and improve processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team. Your role will involve building, coaching, and mentoring a high performing team. You will also work alongside Product Teams to deliver the product features on a regular basis. Your demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and influence at all levels will be crucial. Furthermore, you should be able to communicate objectives, plans, status, and results clearly, focusing on critical key points. Your proven ability in unearthing and managing risks in the program, as well as building strong partnerships across organizations to deliver the best outcome of complex programs, will be essential. Lastly, your technical knowledge will be utilized to embark the team on the right solution. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the product and business team to understand requirements and build a product execution and delivery road-map - Setup and improve processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team - Build, coach, and mentor a high performing team - Work along with Product Teams to deliver product features regularly - Demonstrate ability to work in a matrix environment and influence at all levels - Communicate objectives, plans, status, and results clearly, focusing on critical key points - Unearth and manage risks in the program - Build strong partnerships across organizations to deliver the best outcome of complex programs - Utilize technical knowledge to embark the team on the right solution Qualifications Required: - Strong Technical Program Management leadership experience, including 6+ years leading multiple complex technical projects - Technical knowledge on how Mobile Applications work - Basic understanding of System Architecture (different components of the system) - Good knowledge of JIRA/ Confluence/ Bit Bucket & other monitoring & planning tools - Excellent hold on Program Management aspects Additional Details: The company values individuals with a QA or DEV background, Coding knowledge, and Program Management / Scrum certifications.
