Role Overview

Technical Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

Drive CPU IP development, testing, and delivery to SoC.
Plan schedules, negotiate scope, and align resources for aggressive timelines.
Lead cross-functional discussions to set milestones and define program tasks.
Manage IP-SoC relationships and troubleshoot program issues.
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and report to senior leadership.
Improve processes for efficiency and productivity across design and validation phases.

Preferred Background & Skills

Strong experience in
Program Management
for semiconductor design.
Exposure to
Physical Design, Design Verification, PSV, RTL, and DFT
.
Expertise in CPU architecture, SoC integration, and test methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
