From logistics to process design and customer delivery, this role is built for someone who thrives on structure, agility, and impact. Key Responsibilities 1. Fulfillment & Logistics · Oversee end-to-end kit dispatch, sample pickup, lab coordination & report delivery · Manage logistics partners and ensure fast turnaround times (TATs) · Proactively resolve delivery delays or escalations 2. Customer Experience Coordination · Streamline handoffs between CX, Nutrition, and Ops · Enhance post-purchase journeys via automation & better communication · Resolve backend issues impacting customer experience 3. Internal Systems & SOPs · Build and optimize SOPs for fulfillment, returns & escalations · Maintain dashboards and operational trackers · Identify bottlenecks and fix inefficiencies 4. Team Management · Lead a small, high-performing ops team · Set KPIs, conduct reviews, coach for growth · Foster a culture of accountability, empathy, and speed 5. Cross-functional Collaboration · Align ops strategy with Product, Tech, CX, Finance, and Marketing · Support new product launches and special ops projects · Offer process and packaging feedback to drive efficiency 6.
