You’ll be at the intersection of product, marketing, and customer success. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute category strategy aligned with business goals Lead product lifecycle: development → launch → scale → sunset Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategy Drive pricing and promotion strategy to optimize profitability Own assortment planning and portfolio performance Collaborate across functions to hit revenue & customer satisfaction targets Manage supplier/vendor relationships and ensure operational efficiency Track KPIs like revenue, margins, and customer feedback Who Should Apply You love speaking to customers and deeply understand their needs You make data-driven decisions and don’t rely on gut feel alone You think long-term and don’t chase short-term hacks You have a bias for action and high standards for your work You enjoy working cross-functionally and wearing multiple hats You’ve worked in (or have deep interest in) the supplements/FMCG/consumer health space Must-Have Skills Customer-first thinking Strong analytical mindset Proven success in driving sales and category growth Solid grasp of the supplements industry (or a strong desire to learn) Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills Strong communication and leadership ability Comfortable in high-growth, fast-paced environments Compensation Up to ₹10 LPA depending on experience.
