Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for creating compelling visuals that communicate our brand story, educate our audience on gut health, and support our marketing, sales, and product initiatives. You’ll work across multiple formats and platforms, from social media and website graphics to packaging, reports, and email campaigns. Key Responsibilities Brand Design & Identity Uphold and evolve the Sova Health visual identity across all touchpoints. Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries for campaigns. Marketing Collateral Design digital assets for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn), emailers, presentations, and ads. Create graphics for blogs, educational guides, whitepapers, and eBooks. Product Design Support Collaborate with product teams to design packaging, test reports, and user-facing materials. Ensure visuals make science approachable and easy to understand. Web & UI Elements Design banners, icons, and visuals for the website and app interface. Work with web developers to ensure visual integrity is retained in production. Video Editing skills Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, nutrition, sales, and operations teams to understand communication goals and translate them into design. Support internal communications, including decks and HR assets if needed. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in a similar design role (health/wellness/tech domains preferred). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Canva. Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, campaign graphics, and data visualizations. Understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and composition. Ability to simplify complex information into clean, digestible visual formats.
