The ideal candidate should be proficient in design software, have a good eye for aesthetics, and be able to create engaging visuals that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. Key Responsibilities: • Create and design marketing materials including social media creatives, banners, posters, brochures, and digital ads. • Collaborate with the marketing and content team to produce engaging visuals for campaigns. • Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs. • Work on website graphics, email templates, and presentations. • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. • Prepare rough drafts, present ideas, and make revisions based on feedback. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Requirements: • Bachelors degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. • 35 years of professional design experience. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or equivalent tools. • Knowledge of video editing/animation (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus. • Strong creative and visual thinking skills. • Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. • Good communication and teamwork skills.
