About Us

HIRRING.COM is a global staffing platform built to empower independent recruiters with tools, support and freedom. We’re not a staffing agency; not a job board; not a marketplace. We’re a recruiter’s platform. Our platform connects freelance recruiters to verified job openings across geographies and industries. It’s 2024 — people get things done from anywhere — so we built career tools with recruiting freedom at every level.

Role Overview

The Team Lead – US Staffing will be responsible for managing and driving a high-performing team focused on acquiring, placing, and servicing contractual healthcare roles for US clients. You’ll lead from the front in a night-shift setting (to align with US time-zones), ensuring your team hits targets while maintaining quality, client satisfaction and operational excellence. This is a dual responsibility role: to lead a team and hands on recruitment is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and manage a team of recruiters / account managers focused on US healthcare staffing (contractual, contract-to-hire) roles.
  • Set performance targets (placements, revenue, fill-rate, time-to-fill), track progress, coach team members to meet/exceed targets.
  • Oversee full life-cycle staffing: prospecting clients, understanding demand for US healthcare contract roles, sourcing candidates, screening, coordinating with clients, negotiations, and placements. (Healthcare recruiter roles involve identifying talent, vetting, onboarding)
  • Collaborate with US-based clients (hospitals, healthcare staffing firms, end-clients) to secure mandates, define role requirements, drive service delivery.
  • Monitor contractual terms, compliance, regulatory/licensing requirements (for healthcare staffing) and ensure placements meet US client expectations.
  • Develop and refine processes and workflows for contractual staffing operations (e.g., candidate pool management, credentialing, vendor management, client communication).
  • Ensure excellent team and candidate experience: track metrics, feedback, resolve escalations, maintain high standards of service.
  • Provide reporting and insights to senior management: team performance, revenue forecast, pipeline health, market trends in US healthcare staffing (contract roles).
  • Coordinate with internal functions (operations, credentialing, legal, finance) to streamline contractual staffing workflows, ensure smooth placements.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in US staffing, specifically with contractual / contract-to-hire roles in the US healthcare staffing sector.
  • Proven experience managing teams is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of the US healthcare staffing market: understanding of roles, licensing/credentialing, contractual hiring, agencies/clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — especially in dealing with US clients, internal teams, cross-time-zone coordination.
  • Comfortable working a night-shift schedule in Noida to align with US business hours.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop processes, workflows, and drive operational excellence in a staffing context.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills: able to interpret metrics (placements, fill-rates, time-to-fill, revenue), and convert into action.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, with a collaborative mindset and ability to escalate when needed.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM, staffing operations technology/tools.

Qualifications

  • Prior team-management or leadership role in a US healthcare staffing
  • Willingness to work night shifts (to align with US times) in Noida office environment.
  • Any certifications in staffing/recruiting (optional) will be an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience and performance.
  • Incentive/bonus structure directly linked to team performance, placements, revenue growth.
  • Both-side cab facility (pick-up & drop) for night-shift commute.
  • Growth opportunities: as your team scales and delivers, progression to senior leadership (e.g., Associate Director, Head of US Staffing) is available.
  • Exposure to global operations, US market, and opportunity to shape the staffing business within our platform-led model.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a platform-first staffing model (not a traditional agency) where you lead and shape a US-facing operation.
  • Night-shift role aligned with US business hours: ideal for those who prefer this schedule and are comfortable working in a global time-zone.
  • Opportunity to lead and build a team, owning P&L aspects, driving high impact business outcomes.
  • Work with a dynamic, growth-oriented company in the freelancer-recruiter space — significant scope for innovation and leadership.
