Job Title: MERN Stack Developer Intern

Duration: 3–6 Months

Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000/month

Location: Noida (On-site)

About the Internship

Hirring.com is a fast-growing recruitment tech startup, and we are looking for a proactive and

curious MERN Stack Developer Intern to join our engineering team. This internship is a

great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in full-stack development and work alongside

experienced developers on real-world projects.

What You Will Learn and Do

● Assist in developing front-end components using React.js and styling with Tailwind

CSS.

● Contribute to back-end development using Node.js and Express.js.

● Work with MongoDB for data storage and learn how to structure and query

databases efficiently.

● Help build and maintain RESTful APIs.

● Debug and troubleshoot issues with the help of the development team.

● Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and code reviews.

● Learn and apply modern web development practices, version control (Git), and Agile

methodologies.

Required Skills

● Good understanding of the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

● Familiarity with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

● Familiarity Tailwind CSS for UI development.

● Understanding of backend development and API integration.

● Good problem-solving and logical thinking.

● Strong willingness to learn and adapt.

Nice to Have

● Exposure to Git and basic version control.

● Awareness of web security fundamentals.

● Any previous project work (personal) involving full-stack development.

● Interest in using AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-assisted

development tools.
