  • anaging a highly motivated and experienced team; P
  • roviding support for the WSP’s Ethics & Integrity Program; D
  • evelop, implement and continuously improve services offered to support the Ethics & Integrity teams in various locations worldwide, to include due diligence adjudication, red flags detection and monitoring, conflicts of interest evaluation and mitigation planning, and similar services suitable for consistent execution D
  • evelop, implement and continuously improve service descriptions, service level agreements (SLAs) and standard operating procedures for services that the team provides D
  • evelop, implement and continuously improve methods to budget, forecast and manage service utilization and staff size D
  • evelop, implement and continuously improve training programs to onboard new WSP India staff to the team, develop skills, and expand team capacities to execute defined services D
  • evelop, implement and continuously improve training programs to support new members of worldwide Ethics & Integrity teams on tools such as Exiger, Oracle, Teams, and other tools used to support E&I operations; R
  • eview, assess reports on E&I programs, other E&I day to day activities and/or check for any possible compliance breaches or potential concerns and red flags gap; T
  • o ensure that E&I process outcomes are in harmony with organisation's strategic goals; S
  • upport other Ethics & Integrity programs, activities and initiatives.
Q

ualifications & Experience M

  • aster’s degree in Business Administration or Finance or Quality or Audit or Bachelor’s degree in Law. M
  • inimum 10 to 15 years of relevant professional experience in a large corporation. M
  • inimum 2 years experience developing and improving processes, procedures or similar operational guidance and structure in a contracts, human resources, legal or similar organizational support context M
  • inimum 2 years directly managing others, or similar experience as a team lead or other semi-supervisory capacity M
  • inimum 2 years experience supporting a global function or similar experience requiring the ability to effectively work across a wide range of time zones P
  • rior experience in a highly automated environment and/or high degree of comfort with c

omputers and technology. P

  • roven experience with MS Outlook, MS Word S
  • trong capabilities with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint C

  • orking knowledge of risk assessment and management in high-risk countries W

  • rior experience with flowcharting and process mapping, preferably with use of MS Office/Visio flowcharting tool K
