You'll own end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level positions, partner directly with client stakeholders and founders, and leverage AI-driven tools to accelerate hiring cycles while maintaining quality.

Client Partnership & Collaboration
  • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Collaborate directly with Client POCs (Points of Contact) to understand hiring needs, company vision, and talent requirements
  • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Partner with client stakeholders and founders to define role requirements and success metrics
  • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Provide talent insights and recommendations to support client business growth and scaling decisions
  • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Take full ownership of recruitment outcomes and candidate experience for assigned client accounts
  • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts for repeat and pipeline opportunities
Speed & Efficiency
  • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Utilize AI tools and automation (LinkedIn automation, AI screening, scheduling tools, analytics platforms) to increase recruitment speed and accuracy
  • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Optimize hiring processes to reduce time-to-hire while maintaining quality standards
  • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring/future hiring needs

Experience Building

Experience

  • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Experience working in startup, growth-stage, or recruitment agency environments
