Position Overview
The HR Analyst will play a key role within the Human Resources team, supporting people analytics, employee engagement, and talent enablement initiatives. This role blends data interpretation with human insight, helping us attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in talent acquisition and employee relations, paired with a strong interest in using data to enhance the employee experience and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support talent acquisition strategy through performance analytics, process improvements, and hiring effectiveness reporting.
  • Conduct periodic analyses of workforce trends, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture teams to design and track employee engagement and recognition programs.
  • Partner with HR leadership to identify patterns in employee relations data and recommend improvements for team dynamics and retention.
  • Maintain HR dashboards and ensure accuracy of data related to headcount, hiring, turnover, and engagement metrics.
  • Assist in coordinating internal communication and culture-building initiatives that enhance belonging and collaboration.
  • Participate in the design and execution of surveys, focus groups, and other listening mechanisms to measure employee sentiment.
  • Support HR reporting, compliance activities, and smooth operational processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in talent acquisition, employee engagement, or people analytics.
  • Proficiency with HRIS/ATS platforms and data reporting tools.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality in employee interactions.
  • Collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in people, culture, and organizational development.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
